Adding Delegate Access to Your Wix Account

Passing around your Wix login is a security nightmare. Instead, use Wix’s built-in Roles & Permissions panel to invite teammates with exactly the access they need—nothing more, nothing less. Here’s the 60-second rundown:

Open Roles & Permissions

Log in at wix.com, click on your site, then in the left-hand sidebar click Settings → Roles & Permissions. (Fig. 1).

Invite Collaborators

On the Roles & Permissions page click the Invite Collaborators button in the top right corner of the page (Fig. 2).

Fill Out the Invite

Email address – enter one or many, comma-separated. (Fig. 3)

Choose roles – pick from presets like Admin, Back-Office Manager, or Content Writer. Each role’s permissions display next the checkbox so you know exactly what you’re granting. (Fig. 4)

Permission Granted

Once you click Send Invite in the top right, the user you invited will need to log into their account and accept it. Then you’re all set!
