Website Redesign Project
This redesign project for Via Hope features a full redesign of the original site. A custom post system was implemented for all the different resources, job postings, and testimonials. Tasteful animations throughout add extra depth to the new elaborate package design. A newsletter system was put in place for client and customer connection. Online payment was set up on behalf of the client, as well as a custom application process. This process allows for Via Hope staff to evaluate new applications while simultaneously having data added to their databanks. This new form system was coded to allow new staff members to take over with minimal training and no coding knowledge required.
For Search Engine Optimization, keyword-rich SEO titles and descriptions were added to all of their pages and posts. An SSL certificate was added to allow the website to add security via an HTTPS, which is a ranking signal for Google. In addition, the website's sitemaps were submitted to the Google Search Console and Bing Webmaster Tools for page indexing, search statistics, and for logging off any reported errors and issues. 301 redirects were also added for any pages that were removed or prevented from transferring to this new site.
Austin Web & Design also added the website's sitemaps to Google Search Console for page indexing, search statistics, and for any reported errors.
As with ALL Austin Web & Design websites, this website includes premium plugins for a society event calendar, form creation, website security, speed and caching, and for creating website backups that are scheduled to run on a daily, weekly, and on a monthly basis. A custom 404 page was also included to go alongside the overall site design, and redirect into the proper website.
Uptime monitoring is included on every website we build.
