The Solution: Clear Structure & Bold Visual Design
AWD paired large industrial photography with deep blue backgrounds, bright accent colors, and generous spacing. Consistent page banners and headings connect the interior pages, while service cards and statistics sections break detailed content into manageable pieces.

Interactive Leadership Profiles
A leadership grid introduces team members through portrait cards. Visitors can open a biography in a modal without leaving the page, keeping the team overview and individual profiles together in one experience.
This feature gives the website a personal dimension while keeping longer biographies available when visitors want more detail.
Responsive WordPress Design & Content Management
The website uses WordPress, Spectra layouts, and an Astra child theme, with custom AWD Blocks components for project-specific features. Responsive layouts adapt the presentation for desktop, tablet, and mobile screens.
Reusable layouts and structured team content give future updates a consistent starting point, helping the site retain its design as content changes.
